These terms apply when you use this website, buy a digital product from my store or book a call with me. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. Please read them; I have kept them short and plain.

In these terms, "I", "me" and "my" mean Dawn Morgan Hypnotherapy.
Everything on this website and in my products is offered for general wellbeing, relaxation and self-reflection. It is not medical or psychological advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from your doctor or another qualified professional.
The website and store are for adults aged 18 or over. By placing an order you confirm that you are 18 or over.
Prices. Prices are shown in euros. Where tax applies to your order, it is shown at checkout before you pay. If you pay in another currency, your bank or card provider sets the exchange rate and may charge a fee. I may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.
Payment. Payment is taken securely at checkout by Stripe. Your order is confirmed when payment goes through.
Delivery. Your download link is shown after checkout and sent to the email address you give. If it has not arrived within an hour, please check your spam folder and then email me, and I will send it again.
Your licence. When you buy a digital product you are buying a licence for your own personal use. You may download it, keep it on your own devices and print workbooks and cards for yourself. You may not share, resell, copy or publish it, or use it with your own clients or groups, without my written permission.
Digital products are delivered immediately. If you live in the EU or the UK, you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. By completing your purchase you ask for immediate access and accept that, once the download has been made available to you, that right to cancel no longer applies.

Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.
The first call is free and carries no obligation. If you need to change or cancel it, please use the link in your confirmation email or let me know as early as you can.
I only send marketing emails or text messages to people who have agreed to receive them. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in every email. If you have agreed to text messages, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to stop them or HELP for help. Agreeing to text messages is never a condition of buying anything from me.
All content on this website and in my products, including text, recordings, images and design, belongs to Dawn Morgan unless stated otherwise. Please do not copy or reuse it without my written permission. Short quotations with a credit and a link are welcome.
The site may link to other websites. I am not responsible for their content or for how they handle your information.
I take care that the information I share is accurate and helpful, but I offer it as general guidance only. How you use it is your choice and your responsibility.
The website and my products are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, I give no guarantees about them beyond what is stated in these terms, and I am not liable for any indirect loss or harm arising from use of this website or my products. These terms are governed by the law of Spain. If you are a consumer living in another country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in your local courts.
If something goes wrong, please contact me first. I will always try to sort it out with you directly.
I may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. The terms that apply to an order are the ones in place when you place it.
